I was able to show two paintings at the newest gallery in Tucson. It was fun to see them side by side. The gallery is just getting started and is a wonderful space. Hoping they will have great success!
Here is the piece in it’s new home. It’s a feature wall in a club house of a new development in the Stapleton area of Denver. Hope to see it in person someday.
I am finding time now to update. It has been a very busy year so I think I will work backwards to catch up. Finished and shipped a large scale paper piece for installation in a project in the Stapleton area of Denver. Here are some shots from start to finish, and will update when it actually is installed in late March. This was a new technique for me, along with the scale, made it a great challenge. I do like a challenge. This is in white cotton, and may or may not be painted by the client after install. Can’t wait to see it in it’s new home.
Here are some shots of the show currently showing in Tucson. Gallery Azul is located in the Warehouse Art District in downtown Tucson. The gallery is a small space with large windows making it feel airy open. The show runs until the end of February with the Friday and Saturdays afternoons open to the public. That interaction with visitors to the gallery and studio is always so fun and interesting hearing their impressions, and experiences with art.
